Live in relationship between married man and women

Unlawful acts need not be declared so by courts only, society prohibits it. A person killing another, all know is wrong and unlawful act it's not for court to say it's wrong or unlawful. When we say court has to decide or declare an act as wrong or unlawful than only it should be taken like it will be presumed otherwise as correct or lawful.

Many unlawful acts, especially non-cognisable acts go unpunished. There are many VIP's who have married a second time. The masses, who see the second wife in the limelight, identify her as the lawful wife. Lord Krishna is associated with Radha and not Rugmini. Radhakrishna is a name, not Rugminikrishna.

Modern jurisprudence was not applicable at the time of Lord Krishna so no comparison with that time with present when we have to follow laws enacted by us for decent lifestyle. Bigamy, polygamy, polyandry are punishable offences for most which at one time open practice in society. In the name of custom and religion still these continue in some groups in India. Cognizable or non-cognizable crime is never justified in the eye of law. A man sleeping with wife of another man is not justified in the name of some contract in some society, it's wrong and unlawful by all means.

Lord Krishna is still the much loved deity of many intellectuals as well as the masses.  Lord Krishna himself says in the Geeta ""Whatever a Great Man does, other people  follow, Whatever he holds as high principles others also do the same". Maitri karar doesn't mean sleeping with another man's wife. If a man enters into Maitri karar with another man's wife and that karar itself will be sufficient otherwise much eluding evidence to chargesheet him under Section:497.

Ahalya, Draupati, Seetha, Thara and Mandodari were the five great women one should remember every morning. If you remember them all your sins will vanish. Ahalya was cursed for her adulterous relationship with Indra. Draupati had five husbands. The fidelity of Seetha was suspected by Lord Rama himself. Thara was the wife of Sugriva. Bali, his elder brother took her away and made her his own wife. She was taken back by Sugriva after Bali's death. Seetha was the daughter of Mandodari, but not of her husband, Ravana.
