DV case is running on me which is in trails stage.Here is the situation-
My is wife well qualified and working women.but her lawyers chosen a very nice cunning strategy where in,the date of filling the dv application to claim maintenace which jun-12 shown that she was unemployed and court ordered the interim maintence and paying.but she was working before this Month as well after this Month.
And also while filling the chief afidavit agian she claimed unemployeed by showing that she left the job.In these circumstance what is the best way to protect from grating the maintence to her?
