Marriage gifts/streedhan can be called as dowry articles?

My wife has given written statements where she has mentioned the household appliances (TV, AC, Washing Machine) and Wagon-R as her streedhan articles and on a previous note, she mentioned them as marriage gifts given by her parents.

Now, she is filing false dowry cases saying we demanded these as dowry from her parents. Does the court consider them as dowry articles?

How does it differentiate between "streedhan" and "dowry articles" then?

PS:- They all are in "her" own name and bears her own parental address.

Lawyers, please provide your views on the same.

When all of them are on her name, it is deemed that she has brought them as streedhan only but not in the form of dowry.Return them and forget.
