Marriage issue

Hello,

I want to clear few things for law,

1. I got married to a girl in a temple and then by that means registered that marriage in MUMBAI Municipal Coop. in September 2013 and the administration had provided me a marriage certificate for the same.

Q. My in-laws were not aware of this marriage and they got to know about this about  few days ago, now they are saying that they don't believe this marriage certificate and told me to move on in my life ahead as ab bachelor. So is it true that marriage certificate of about 10 months old from Municipal Cooperation doesn't have any value against court?

2. I agreed to my in-laws and for their wish my wife also went in their side, they all were telling me to separate without any legal action and documents.

Q. So is it possible to end up the marriage without proper documentation? And if I want then Can I get divorce from her with only 10 months of marriage in any circumstance?

Thank you

Marriage certificate is valid if it is issued by municipal authorities.

The Marriage is valid

if

1. You have valid Marriage Registration.

2. Any photos like garlanding each other, Mangalsuthru etc.,

Then you can proceed.
