Married man living with widow without divorce to his wife

Even if the widow married this man who had living wife, their marriage was null and void in the eye of law and she has no legal right as his heir after his death, his first wife and children only are his legal heirs who can claim his properties/cash etc.

    Thank you very much for passing your valuable information by spending your valuable time. Actually, the widow had an illegal affair with this married man when her husband was alive. There was a rumour that she only killed her first huband since he came to know about her mutiple illegal affairs. The married man had an accident and he was in coma and one day this widow gave him some liquids claims to be tulsi water, but died after 8 hours and it was recorded in hospital's CC cameras.
