Marsheet not issued by university

I am an engineering graduate (completed in 2004) and we had 8 semesters in our B.E course. My 4th semester marksheet was wrongly printed so I  was asked to submit it and that a new marksheet would be issued to me.

As per the instructions by university(nothing in written), I submitted my marksheet and till date I have not received updated marksheet.

I have been trying to get updated marksheet since 10 years but university is not entertaining me. They are saying that they are unable to locate the records.

I have my original degree certificate and rest 7 semester marksheets with me but now a days every company is asking for all the marksheets along with degree certificate for employment so I am really upset and in a big problem.

Can someone please suggest in this regard else my life will be ruined.

Many Thanks!

YOU MAY APPROACH A CONSUMER FORUM  OR CIVIL COURT AFTER SERVING A LEGAL NOTICE TO THE UNIVERSITY.

Did you keep photocopy/attested copy of the marks sheet with you?

Kindly learn from this episode and submit everything in writing and under proper acknowledgment.

You can proceed as advised by learned Mr. Sharma.

If you fell it as appropriate you may submit a written representation under acknowledgment to the principle, Registrar, VC and provide detail of all of your representations in person and demand original marks sheet to be supplied toyou say within next 15 days or you shall be constrained to adopt legal route at the cost and consequences of the college/univ.

You may peruse the RTI route also.
