File online RTI Application if it is a public sector bank or simple registered notice under CP Act to a private sector Bank, seeking information under RTI Act.

Information solicited.

1. Please provide a certified copy in the Bank Manual/circular that states the retention period of slip bundles.

2. Please inform whether slip bundle of             ...................was destroyed, with such record that stated the destruction of such slip bundle.

3.If the record is available, please provide me a certified copy of Cheque No.................dt.................fvg ...................debited in the ....................... Account,....Number......................at....................Branch.

The customer/consumer is willing to pay such costs fixed for such transaction.
