Medical insurance not honored

HI,

I just joined a compnay on 24/08/2017.They have mentioned in my offer letter I am elegible for 'Annual floating Medical insurance coverage for self and five dependents'.

After joining they are saying I amnot eligible for that and they cannot provide it. I particularly asked them in the interview i can honour the offer only in case of medical insurance that covers the parents.

I feel like being cheated, Please help me what can i do legaly.

Dear Sailaja,

Better to ask them why the discussed and agreed points are not fulfilled & find out the reasons thereoff. Hope you are into Senior position where you are not coming under the purview of ESI. Have to have any document or recorded evidance, if so you can escalate to the Senior management and if they are also not accepting then you need to think about the continuation of your job or wait for the opportunity and change this comes under Ethics part and continue in an non-ethical organization is not correct .
