Mental & behavioural problems of wife

Wife has paranoid suspicious behaviour-suspecting - husband of "having an affair", neighbours & friends of "plotting against her", husband's relatives of "trying to harm her"., etc etc....Obviously, something is wrong, because none of it is true. Still, she carries on her ill-will & vendetta feeling, affecting the husband's life and causing him mental strain thru her bad verbal behaviour.
Husband is sure that there is some psychological problem , and maybe a psychiatrist , or even a marriage counsellor can help. But the wife continues to claim, that she is perfectly normal, and refuses to goto any specialist. The relatives are also of no help in this matter. She doesn't let my side of relatives-parents, brothers etc to enter the house. Her side of relatives blindly believe in her. So I am getting help from noone, in this matter. I am seriously trying to get her to a counsellor, psychiatrist etc, BUT SHE THINKS SHE IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL.
What is the best course of option in this case, and how can a family court help?

Woman’s have a bunch of different behavior, they shape their behavior according to the network around them, around their mind or the world that revolves around them, they act in different way everywhere, they define a different relationship with different kinda people’s.So visit temples/churches/masjids once in a week. Frequent offers like Gold/silk sarees to get delighted.

Thank you sirs. Mr Ramacharry & Mr Mahesh, for your advice. Actually, the issue is far more serious than it looks on the face. She is otherwise perfectly ok. But when it comes to trusting , anyone, she is very negative. She accuses me of "affair", when there is no basis absolutely. She accuses my parents, neighbours, everybody. She hides my mobiles, saying that "you will communicate with this woman...." . She stops me from going alone, anywhere, fearing the same things..She even keeps checking me in the office. ..etc etc...On my resistance to all these foolish things, she starts fighting.. So, I have to perforce follow these idiotic guidelines, and I have to suffer silently. I read somewhere , that these kind of symptoms are found in some kind of disorder. On consultation with a Psychiatrist, he too advised that it may be chronic, but he too can't do anything, because she is ABSOLUTELY UNWILLING TO VISIT ANY PSYCHIATRIST, COUNSELLOR etc., saying that "I am a very intelligent person". I tried , discussiong this issue with her side of relatives, BUT THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NON-COOPERATIVE.

So my patience has now run out, facing family, social, and my office problems due to her erratic behaviour. I can even go for legal options in this case, if possible. Please advise the best course , in this case .
