method of conveyancing

Dear friends,

Kindly emphasize on the procedure of conveyancing of property upon dissolution of firm. For example abc is a partnership firm which owns building comprising of shops and flats. Abc firm gets dissolved and partner X takes away flat against his capital. What is the mode of conveyancing. How does  the right in the property get transferred. I'am of the idea that deed of dissolution incorporates the asset taken away by any partners and the right in the property gets transferred via the dissolution deed.
