My parents are depending on me. Both are patients. is court consider my parents health condition and their medical expenses?

You can show your expenses. Not the expenses you do on you parents.  It appears that you married knowing all the problems. When you were aware of all the problems that you are already facing, marrying and creating one new problem for your and your paitent old parents was a big mistake.

The Court does consider loans & debts and the expenditure on the parents.
