If wife is in her fathers house for last 6 months and files a wrong complaint U/s 498 A, my question is that can she file such complaint after 6 months ? If she files such application, what remedies are available to me and my family ? How to prove that she is wrong ? Which kind of proofs may help me to get rid of these things ?

You did not mention whether the police register a case or booked for an F.I.R.,if it is have, then get copy of this then file a complain to the S.P.and D.G. and also Human Right Commission, file a petition for an anticipetory bail.After geting the bail file a quash petition to the High Court.
