Dear Sir,
I had purchased a plot from a private developer 5 years ago. The size of the plot was 253.88 m2. Later about 3 years ago due to some measurement errors the size got reduced to 249.53 m2 and the issue was addressed with rectification deed. Recently I came to know that the size is neither 254.88 m2 nor 249.88 m2. The size is 253.77 m2 as specified in BDA approved layout plan. The developer is not taking any action on this. Can you please advice what are the implications of this error and the what is the solution.
