During may 2009 i have subscribed for a broad band network from an private service provider (Chennai) and i have asked them to unsubscribe the network after couple of months due to the bad service and wrong commitments. Even after my request to unsubscribe they have pro longed for a month without disconnecting it. During the period i have not used broad band. But they have raised bill for that month .I have refused to pay the bill amount. Now i am getting calls from delhi highcourt that they have filed up a case on me .Threatening to face the case at delhi high court in personal .I doubt i am getting calls from the service provider not from any court. KIndly suggest me
