Hello, In civil suit (illegal termination of employment) if both parties have submitted enough documents that each want to rely upon to support their cause, can we file a Motion for Summary Judgment to decide the case based on the documents submitted by parties? without going to trial. This is a case in which there is not much value for going thru the trial since there is already enough documents submitted by both parties. I am curious if that is possible in India.. it seems to be available in other countries like US. Thanks
