Mutual divorce-2nd motion get delay

Dear Lawyers

Please advice for my mutual divorce case, my mutual divorce case with no demand going on Saket family court. The first motion is done in Feb 2019 and 2nd motion will be done in the next 30 days (March 2019). But now her lawyer always gives us an excuse, that she is out of town or himself is out of town. her lawyer never picks up the call of me or my lawyer.

So my concern is.

Can we send her legal notice for the prompt response?

It may be a conspiracy between both your wife and her advocate for extracting more money out of you or maybe her advocate only looking for more fee from her but she may have refused the same. In one of my case in Family Court, Tis Hazari, opposite counsel was playing same tricks and obliged only when my client/husband sent that rascal Rs25000/- as his fee he obliged for second motion.

You made mistake, you should have engaged same advocate for the divorce by mutual consent petition. All my clients engage my service only for both parties.
