My husband just wrote deny deny in ws

I filed Divorce on Cruelty & DV Complaint against my husband.

My Husband gave very lengthy WS to divorce case.

But then in WS to DVA Plaint he just wrote DENY DENY DENY only.

Now, DV is moving fast & Divorce date is after 3 months, How I need to write in rejoinder that he gave many submissions in Divrove WS but in this DV case he is not giving any such submissions. Will that help if I find out any contradic\tions ?

Further, he wrote in response to right in shared household that it is his father's property but i know that his father sold ancestral property 12 years back & bought this property from that money but no documentary proofs. What to do ?

no considered view can be formed without reading these papers.

Better trust  your lawyer or change him.

Your Lawyer will explain you better because he knows details of the case.

Like I said there were 4 abortions. My husband said DENY DENY DENY. He is not submitting actual scenario & If now I submit proof by giving nursing home names & then what will happen if they say that it happened with my consent.

If I start submitting evidences, then can my husband later on come up with some proofs for which he made no submission in lower court.

Basically, he has not opened his cards. My lawyer is saying that, "denial without submission is not a denial", & he is saying that, "my husband can not later on open any cards in any court because that won't be accepted in any court as he never wrote any submission with respect to those proofs he carries."

Sirs/ Madams, pls suggest
