May we know why you thanked previous posts replys by various writers and yet again asking same que.?


If the girl is turned major (proof of age should be there) then file a HCP before State HC and pray for her production before HC and subsequently "her release from captivity againsty her will' from her parents ! [Ask a local Advocate what does HCP means] Point to remember here is that the girl should be able to support you before HC Lordship otherwise it will boom upon you and once she is released from her parents both of you if still feel that it is proper and right step to get married then go and get married but "do support her" in all means post marriage in day today married life.

Love between two adult genders is one thing but on a side note don't you think the girl is still young maturity wise to get married off and take responsibilities coming with marriage????

Your name is Anil, u r a hindu and your lover Augnes Augustine i think is a christian. If it is so both of you can marry each other acording to special marriage act. You are adults and have a liberty and a right to choose ur life partner. One thing u must assure that girl must love you, otherwise u may go in trouble.

I am ankita and getting marry very soon. but i have a question about registration. while registration after 1st sign some 10days edital period are giving and after that they are calling for the 2nd sign. my question is that can it be possible that get register the marriage immedeately without those 10days edital period.

There are two types of marriage registrations, one in Hindu Marriage Act (HMA) and another one in Special Marriage Act (SMA).  For getting married under HMA, both boy and girl should be Hindus.  They can get married under Arya Samaj marriage and after marriage, immediately they give certificate of registration.  This certificate is valid for all the purposes, but if you want to get registration certificate under HMA, you both can file application along with certificate issued by Arya Samaj, marriage photos and other relevant documents and you both present before  marriage officer along with two/three (verify it from marriage officer) witnesses and he will register your marriage and the certificate will be given to you after two or three days.

In case of SMA, after filing the application, you have to wait for not less than 30 days and again present before the marriage officer and he will get your marriage registered and the certificate will be issued after two or three days.  In this procedure, minimum 30 days gap is required from the date of filing the application till getting the marriage registered.

my friend (muslim) got third marriage ( two wife are dead ) his wife name are added in raction card , if need also registred  office r not  ( ie means of marriage certifcate )
