Are you asking for a format of sale agreement or meaning of sale agreeement.

Dear

One can make Agreement to Sell anywhere in the India by paying the required stamp duty etc. and Agreement to sell is made on the agreed terms and conditions. It is very important and legal document.

Hi

Mostly this document i.e agreement to sell is furnished by the developer/ builder itself. you can get the format of agreement to sell or sale agreement directly on internet, just google it.

noida being in U.P,the agreement to sell needs to be registered, paying required stamp duty  and registration charges.the builder/developer can certainly give you draft/proforma od the same.but it is in your interest to get the same vetted by an exp. property advocate to protect your own interest.

I am purchasing this flat from a known person(.i.e third party), not builder.

@Rajiv, @Santosh:- I am told by the builder to get it from Noida only.

@R.V.Rao:- I am not sure, if registration charges are applicable on this or not as its still an underconstruction building and builder hasn;t provided possesion of flats. Could you please confirm?
