Need clarification in will

Hi,

Grandfather passed away writing a will.

My Grandfather has 3 son's and 4 daughters.  There is a residential building(self obtained) and  For one of this son(fathers brother) In his will he has written that  until he dies he can only take rental income from that property. After the death of my uncle in the will it is written that the property to be shared with Remaining sons and daughters.  My Father expired few years back.

My Question:

What does it mean by remaining sons and daughters, since My father dies will I be eligible for the share ? Please clarify.

Hello,

In will it is written that, during lifetime of your uncle, he can take retal income of property and after uncle's death the property will be divided between sons and daughters. So your father will get share after your uncle's death and since your father is expired his share will go to your father's legal heirs including you.
