My relative was arrested by police for amassing assets disproportionate to the income. She has been in judicial remand for the past 28 days. We filed a crlp in high court . Now my question is if Hon'ble High Court favours the bail petition and asks for sureties Can we arrange surety from Govt Employees who is ready to give surety with his salary slip. What if the sureties asked are more than 20000/- (in usual case the surety would be 20000/-). If any other documents required along with the salary slip please provide me with the details.
