Need draft on ornament exchange

Need help on the standard draft for the exchange of ornaments.

My spouse wants her ornaments back as my side ornaments also lying with them.

So please provide me standard draft that we can write on 100 rs non judicial stamp.

Please guide if we need to take care of some extra things during this transaction.

as no standard draft will be there for this purpose

what you are holding and what all you are giving her with no respondislb witness signature with date should be there and both of them signature with date that she received the above ornametnts

Hi,

There is no standard proforma/ draft for such an agreement. If want to evidence the same, you may simply state that the date on which the ornaments have been transferred to the custody of your spouse along with details thereof, duly signed by you and both and a witness. This should suffice.
