1.marriage period 7 years, 2.husbad and wife leaving separate since 1.5 years ,3. having daughter of 5 years. husband is drunkard and not doing any job or work to earn single penny,4. everything is on wifes earning who is having a job.5. now wife wants divorce but that guy says do whatever you can i want give you divorce, 6. but the wife wants divorce with the custody of the daughter .

in this situation, the wife is left with no option but to file a petition for divorce and custody of her daughter. does the wife intend to move from husband's house or wants the husband to move out of house.
the wife is advised to rethink over her decision as the child wants both, the mother and father.

Wife can get divorce under Hindu marriage act as well as custody, Maintenance for herself and her daughter and also the house of her husand. Contact a local lawyer. But you may first approach to Women cell first, they may set the mind of your husband without any legal action. We wish you may save your house in women cell.
