Dear Sir,
After filing an FIR in police station about the lost of cheque book and intimating the bank with a copy of FIR and requesting for stop payment, is it very much necessar to issue public notice in public notice?
In what way public notice in local news paper will help/ support the accused in case of cheque bounce case.
