Need to know gratuity law

Hi,

I am staying in Hyderabad and in my last company I have worked for 4 years 10 months and 11 days but the company didn't pay me Gratuity.

Please let me know if I am eligible for Gratuity, if yes then what is the process to claim the same.

Submit FormI under proper acknowledgment.

Claim insterest @10%pa if Gratuity is not paid on 30days from LWD.
