In a case, our client does not have discharge summary and he is in possession of the medical bills alone. The reason is he was admitted in the hospital for just 2 days and in order to get discharge summary, he is told by the doctors that he should be admitted for 3 days. So he was not able to get discharge summary.
He sustained injury in his legs with 18 stitches.
So please give me a citation where a reasonable compensation is awarded in the absence of discharge summary
