Hello experts,
I am planning to buy a small plot of land under the plotting scheme in Shapur Maharashtra. The Developer says that entire plot is NA approved. Even the 7/12 extract taken from the mahabhulekh website mentions the land to be Non Agriculture. Is the mere mention on 7/12 enough for me to consider the land to be Non Agri. Is there any website where in I can check the NA order.
Please Advice.
