Not allowed possession of plot by Locals

Hi All,

   I purchased a Plot in a Layout from a Developer in 2002 in Bangalore City Limits.

I am unable to take possesion of the Plot since some locals are thretening and want me to get the Developer to settle their issues.

Developer refuses to come and give me peaceful Possesion.

ALSO GOT TO KNOW THAT THE DEVELOPER HAS REGISTERED THE SAME PLOT TO SOMEBODY ELSE ASWELL, DEVELOPERS REFUSES THE CLAIM.

How can i get details of the other purchaser of the same plot.

I have taken EC for the plot before and after purchase and is fine.

The Plot is situated on Survey# 53/1 as per my document and suppose the Developer shows that Plot is in Survey# 53/2 and sells it to somebody else, The EC will not show the same.

How do i get over this, Pls Advise.

When there is no encumbrance on your property you need not to worry.   If any body obstruct for your peaceful enjoyment and possession you can file a suit for injunction.

it is already written in purchase deed that the purchaser has taken the posssession from seller  if anybody obstracts compalin to police.u r saying that the developer has sold the same plot before ur saledeed, ifso your deed is null and void.it amounts to cheating.

Dear Raju,

      I would like to thank you for your suggesting, Its of great Help. 

How do i go about filing a suit for injunction. (INJUNCTION: I don't understand the term and tried to google the same and still confused).

I beleive i  will need to get this done through a lawyer.

How can i proceed to take possession of the Plot afher i file the suite.

Can i approach the local Police for assistance before filing the suit.

I also would like consider filing a criminal suit for trespass.

Pls Advise.
