Lawyers,
My mother who is a Senior Citizen invested all her retirement benefits in companies like JP Associate, JP Infra, Omnitech, Ansal, Bilcare. Now, all deposits matured by March 2016 and none of the companies provide a proper response on when they will give us the matured amount. I came to know that we can deal this legally.
Can someone help me in sending Notice etc - I prefer if there are Civil Lawyers in and around Velachery (Chennai) for ease of Transactions
