Dear Sirs,
Please advise me if an employee has given his resignation and if he is ready to serve the respective notice period as per the appointment letter. But the company wanted to relieve him before the notice period, does the company need to pay the notice pay of 2 months as the employee is ready to serve the so called period nor only the number of day he have worked will be paid to him.
Please suggest on this and if any supporting case studies nor acts please do advise me on the same.
