My father has purchased a flat in a project at Kolkata. For the same, the builder has charged the basic sale price + open car parking charges. The open car parking charge is of about 2 lacs. However, I have came to know that as per the Supreme court guidelines, a car parking can't be charged be for an open car park. Is it true? Have I been cheated on this front? Please explain.
