Hello,
As you all know, all corporations and municipalities collect money in lieu of 10% OSR (Open Space Reservation) in layouts at guideline value. But I have never seen any corporations or municipalities spending that money to procure lands for open spaces/parks.
I remember vaguely that there were some judgments that directed the government to use the OSR for only procuring lands towards parks/open spaces and not use it for anything else.
Does anyone know of such judgments? If so please post a copy or the link.
Your help is much appreciated.
Thanks
