That after the judgement of Hon'ble supreme Court in M.C. Mehata Case , the compliance machinary under the Child Labour Act , 1986 became effective and its working has sent a message to society at large that the employment of children is punishable and if any one employs a child will have to face the compensation of Rs . 20,000 and prosecution which also imposes a penaulty of Rs. 10,000 only and intotal it makes responsible to the employer to pay Rs 30,000/ around .
Another aspect of this process also enlightening the guardians to enjoy the benefit and also to send boys to school to be a good citizen of India .
The implementation machinary has to work honestly in this field and the connivance of the employers and the responsible officer may ruin the object of the direction of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India .

we should not leave this aspect of prosecution with the government machinery only but it is the duty of all citizens of this country to join in this onerous task so that the underpriviledged children are drawn into the main stream and are enabled to become responsible citizens of india. failure to do so, the results can be frightening. this is a crusade which has to be carried on.
