Can any individaul, institution, special planning authority or body incorporated under Industrial devolopment Act or Regional town planning Act recover rent for the underground usage for the purpose opticle fibre line or water pipeline going along the road below the ground or below ground of the land owned by such body?

well i think yes they can.
but for details u ll ve to ve a look at the local laws and regulations adopted by the concerned state....sometimes spl notificiations are issued for such purposes.
is a source of revenue for the state as well.
