This is Mohammed Aziz im from Mumbai and want to know about pagdi system property laws as my Grand Father has rented this propert before 1950s , and he and even my Grand Mother is died and my mother and we are leaving separately.Currently my Uncle(Mamu) and Aunty(mumani) with their son is leaving over there and i would like to know is there any right of us as my Mother is 68 yrs old right now and even my Uncle is 60 yr and aunty also how i can i approach or get if suddenly something happens to my Mother,Uncle and Aunty.What should i do to get that property.
