We live in a village named Kaladera in Jaipur district where we have our traditional grocery shop. Adajcent to the shop we have small "chabutara" for whom we have fought legal case for close to 15 years and case went up to Rajasthan High court. In the end, we won & court directed panchayat to grant patta to us. But after more than 8 years, panchayat has not granted patta due to involvement of various vested interests. What can we do? Can we launch a case against panchayat in the court or issue them notice from the court or RTI or any other option?
