Dear Team,
In mutual consent, it is decided that 498a and DVC filed against me should be withdrawn and I should give 10L,out of it 4L for wife and 6L for daughter. and her condition is to make the DD of whole amount on her wife name, but in mutual consent petition, you can mention that 6L out of 10L being given for daughter schooling, education, medical and marriage expenses.
with these conditions in the petition, can she file anymore cases by herself or on behalf of my daughter against me ?
