We have two houses in lucknow.

One house is in name of my father-grandfathers(i.e Great grandfather).
And another one is in name of my father-Maternal father.
My father family descripttion :

My father is having 3 brothers and 5 sisters (Everyone is married) i.e Total 9 brothers and sisters
My queries

1. For the first house , how can we have partition if one of my uncle is not agreed and Is there any share of my aunt(i.e father's sister).
2.1. For the second house , how can we have partition if one of my uncle is not agreed and Is there any share of my aunt(i.e my father's sister).
