Passport show cause notice

File RTI application to that PPO and obtain certified copies and other documents, covering letters basing on which they were uploaded. After receiving those copies you will be knowing the facts of such illegal transactions done in your name, without your knowledge.  Then explain the situation to PPO with your original SSC certificate and deny the knowledge of such fraudulent transactions.

cant apply RTI as my show cause has 21 days which finish on wednesday so have to reply back to them by then. Another problem is that i myself dont even have an original memo with me as it was so long ago that i have either lost it or misplaced it. I dont know what to explain to them

You can seek a time of 60 days for providing an explanation as you are not aware of those documents available with PPO and you have to obtain duplicate copies of SSC which involves time.  They have to extend the time in view of genuine problems.  Try to remember as to whether you have provided such a copy of the original memo or any copy of that to any Public authority, and you can get such copies under RTI with a fee of Rs.2/- per A4 copy.  You can explore the possibility of obtaining a duplicate memo by contacting the Board as they might have digitalized and preserved the old records.  Obtaining duplicate copy is not a problem

ok i will call PPO to find out about extension of time. what happens after i have filled a reply to PPO? i remember when i was there they told me "i dont know" or "i have no knowledge" is not a valid reason to be accepted. 

The posting is inconsistent. Admittedly, you have received a show cause notice. Instead of postings the contents or the allegations in the notice, you have sought to inform us of "what they have told me"! Why?

Please come clear and clean with the contents of the Notice.

Please read the original post i have advised everything in it. When i went to the counter to renew he said there are 2 different 10th standard memos in it. I said i dont even have any with me.. it turned out 1 was original and 1 was fake.. he kept my passport and said you will get a letter to which you will have to reply. he also told me reasons like "i dont know" and "i have no knowledge of it" will not be accepted. So i want to know what to do and how to reply back. Hope this is clear
