sir,i was working as sc/to (operation deptt.) in DMRC from dec.2009 in pay scale13500-25520 and in nov 2012 i got selected as j.e/electrical (maintenance deptt) in same pay scale.my last drawn basic pay was 15210.Pls. let me know that in this case wether my basic pay should be protected or not?
