If a Central Government PSU Employee working as JTO BSNL in the scale 16400-40500 IDA my basic is 20740, applies for the post of Section Engineer in Indian Railway through proper channel (CDA initial scale 12540+4600=17140) than on selection:-
1. will he be allowed to get the benefit of past service for the purpose of pay protection in the new post i. e. Section engineer
2. will the leave at credit from the previous post will be carried forward.
3. Will he be allowed to get the benefit of past service for the purpose of counting the length of service at present post of section engineer
