Wife filed false dowry case against husband and in-laws. Later on husband paid some money to wife and entered into compromise. So all cases are withdrawn by wife 2 years back. Wife had extra marital affair with other guy and has evidence for the same.
Now ex in-laws wants to file perjury case against wife since she told all false information against them with sworn affidavit? Can they file? Please let me know.
What will be the process for the same and which Judge they need to approach since case is already withdrawn.
