1. I applied for the job in PSU while serving in the defence forces. On selection in PSU, I applied for premature retirement & it was accorded. I joined the PSU on permanent absorption. My last drawn pay in Defence was protected by the PSU. I was also getting pro rata pension from the Defence.
2. After few years, I applied for the change of job in another PSU through proper channel. On selection, I joined this new PSU & my last pay drwan was protected. After serving for 5 years, I get a notice that my pension was to be deducted while fixing the salary & the recovery was done, stating that I was on reemployment. The leave, half pay leave & gratuity was tranferred fron previous PSU to this new PSU. I was also reimbursed transfer expenses by the second PSU.
