My sister is looking for a Jeevanamsam from her husband. Could you please guide us the process like where to go and apply for it. We stay at chennai location and she is holding one daughter who is studying 6th class this year and her husband is doing business and he is giving money occassionaly. I am the one taking care of his daughter education. Since we are experiencing finanacial problem, we planned to apply for Jeevanamsam. Could anyone of please provide respond to my message.
Since he is not a trustable personal, Can we ask for a one-time settlement?
He owned one house in his name and apart from that he dont have any. In this case, should we ask for a one- time settlement or monthly basis?
