Do you have the call letter of 12 lacs from IBM or Alchemy?

With all the available records and evidences in your possession, you should approach the top management  of Alchemy giving in writing about your intention to join them on the agreed package (12 lacs) and would like to sign necessary papers for fulfilling the requisite formalities in that respect, for this get an acknowledgment and based on their reply, if they are reluctant to accept your candidature on the earlier agreed salary package, you may choose to initiate legal action against them.

After receiving the offer letter I accepted the offer and

sent an acknowledged the mail saying that I will be king on our before

21st April. When I went join Alchemy on 21st they told the client not

yet confirmed your package and told to wait for two days.

 On 25th they sent me a mail saying to accept offer for 7.2 lakhs instead

of 12 lakhs. I was completely shocked as I was a permanent employee of 

 CSC with 8.5 lakhs as my salary. Please let the best approach to file case

against them. I need a quick result as I'm an unemployee now.

follow the advise of Kalaiselvan.  You can approach consumer forum for deficiency of service of the Alchemy. 

Who are Alchemy Solutions? Are they recruiting agents? It is doubtful whether you will get back  the 12 lakhs job.       But you can certainly file a complaint before the Consumer Forum either to get you the same or equivalent employment or give you adequate compensation. You may also ask for a compensation of Rs.1 lakh per month until final disposal of the case. Make both Alchemy and IBM as Opposite Parties.

Thanks for your reply. Alchemy Solutions are training partners and recruiters for IBM. 

Please let me know the process to file complaint in consumer forum. 

I want to teach both Alchemy and IBM so that they cant dare to do anything with others.

I am Sir and not Madam. Which State and which City are you situated. What is the address of Alchemy Solutions and what is their exact relationship with IBM. Do they give their service exclusively to IBM only?Have they got a single address or do they have All-India existence with offices in several cities? If you had got the IBM job at which place would you have been posted?

Consumer Protection Act is a central legislation applicable throughout India. But States can make Rules. Certain aspects of making application would depend on the Rules.
