Need your advise or guidance. I am a MUSLIM and married to a muslim lady who was divorced and had girl child. I ahd amrreid only after My wife had got islamic THALAAK certificate from jamaath. I heard that, there is NO concept of adoption as per islamic sharia law. I dont know how for it is correct ,as i dont have any idea about that. But i am facing a hell lot of issue, if I want to take my daughter to abroad. I need to make a passport/ Visa etc... For that , i may need this "adoption deed" to make that happen.
Please guide me what are the step by step procedure to get in to that. Your guidelines are very much helpful for my future as well. Thanks very much in advance.
