problem here
total land owner bought land 10 years before from single person , total 3 survey #s
A, B, C total comes 1.85 hecres
but in FMP it is stating 1.94 and land calculation 1.94
the seller mention same in aggrement and same has been mentioned sell deed to Panchayat for roads and park
seller saying FMP and land measurement is correct, but in patta it was less
my plot # coming under B and C,
he sold almost 90% of plots,
