my father has evicted my brother and his wife in oct.2010....then his wife divorced from him..and my father expires in dec.2010....from that period my brother is living with us in our house but now due to his bad habits we are facing many problems...we have also given eviction notice of my father again in a newspaper lst month ...i want to know as my father has evicted him then can any person challenge me and my mother for money??plzz help me
