since independence various poverty alleviation programmes had been launched in order to curb poverty. But their impact can't be seen as was expected from all these. They failed because our country was not having just and equal distribution of power.
even if we remove poverty we can't bring the poorer section to the same level as money can't provide power. And until corruption (abuse of one's position, power etc.) isn't curbed equality of status can't be achieved.
so the main emphasis should be on putting a check on corruption than on providing aids as once we will control this epidemic (corruption) , our society surely will be free of poverty
