Power of Attorney Falsified

Hi,

We have been hit with a recent farud case where the agent from whom we brought the land about 10 years ago has sold our land by falsifying the Power of Attorney papers and without informing us. The photo and signatures in the power of attorney doesnt match.

I would need help as to how to approach the case and the consequences of each of the options.

Regards,

Arun

you may approach to police station by filing criminal complaint against the agent u/s 406, 420, 465,467, 468,471 & 34 of IPC. if police officer doesnt take the cognizance then you may file application before the Judicial Magistrate First Class u/s 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. further you file civil suit before the Civil Judge Senior Division  to restrain to transfer the property
